Ed Balls started his political career in 2005 and is well known for his various roles within UK government, such as UK Shadow Chancellor, education secretary and Chief Economic advisor to the treasury. After leaving politics, he became a visiting professor at the Policy Institute at King’s College, London and in 2016 showcased his dancing talent on Strictly Come Dancing! As a leading global economist with a vast political history and acute intelligence, Ed is well-placed to talk to us about monetary policy, Eurozone issues and the future of Britain.
